A Womens’ Retreat and Experiential Workshop
With
Melanie Balfour
Life Coach and Workshop Facilitator
When we are free to express our sexual, creative energy we are alive, joyful and in touch with our purpose, our bodies and it can be an experience of complete ecstasy. The intention of this workshop is to bring awareness to this natural state and give ourselves permission to embrace the dynamic power and beauty of our sexuality.
This workshop will address our blocks that are inhibiting the flow of our natural life force. Some of these blocks include:
· sexual addictions
· sexual abuse or a feeling of being shut down sexually
· turning our feelings inward and/or attacking the people around us
· drugs, food, alcohol or whatever else we may use to stop ourselves from experiencing wholeness
When we become willing to face our inner conflicts and make a conscious choice to move beyond, our energy comes back to life, along with our true nature and giftedness.
Melanie Balfour is an intuitive, compassionate life coach and facilitator of process-orientated workshops. Her background includes Prevention Work for Addiction Services, participating and staffing workshops for over 15 years and she is coming to a completion of a 3 year facilitator course created by Christopher Moon of Vision Mountain.
If you have a desire to resolve some wounding from your past or present circumstances and would like to open up to the divine purpose of your life experiences, this workshop will provide the opportunity to do so. You will also learn, or be reminded of some practical, yet sustaining tools for transformation that can be practiced at home.
This is a retreat style workshop (although, if you prefer to drive back and forth daily this is also an option), with beautiful scenery and trails to wander off on.
Potluck meals will be arranged and we will go out for supper on Saturday, if so desired.
Please bring pillow, sheets and blanket, along with towel for shower and water bottle.
Any instruments or gifts for sharing (there will be time for sitting around a fire pit)or bring your bathing suit to soak in the hot tub!!

Cost of retreat: $250.00
